Warranty Policy

At Bogg, we stand behind the quality of our products. Bogg Bag Inc. (“Bogg”) warrants to the original purchaser or gift recipient, as long as you can provide valid proof of purchase, that the products described below will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions, for the applicable warranty period beginning on the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage not caused by a manufacturing defect or misuse; loss or theft. This limited warranty covers products purchased directly from boggbag.com or from a retailer authorized by Bogg Bag to sell the product at the time of purchase. Customers may verify a retailer’s authorization before purchasing by emailing [email protected]. Products purchased from sellers that did not have that authorization at the time of purchase are excluded from this limited warranty. Final-sale products, sample-sale products, and products purchased from off-price retailers such as Marshalls and TJ Maxx are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage by Product

EVA Tote Bags (Original, Baby, and Bitty)

Warranty Duration: Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies for the reasonable useful life of your Bogg Bag product, based on the expected durability of its materials and components under normal use and care. “Lifetime” refers to the useful life of the product, rather than the lifetime of the purchaser or gift recipient.

Covered components include:

B Buttons
Straps

If a covered component has a defect within the warranty period, we will replace the component. If the exact replacement part is not available, we will provide a comparable replacement part.

If the manufacturing defect pertains to the main component of the bag itself and the customer is eligible, we will provide a replacement bag in the same style or, if unavailable, a comparable style.

Bogg will cover standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.

If we are unable to provide a replacement part or bag for a claim covered by this limited warranty, we will refund the original purchase price for items purchased directly from boggbag.com; for items purchased from an authorized retailer, we will issue a Bogg Bag gift card equal to the documented original purchase price, unless applicable law requires a monetary reimbursement.

EVA & Mixed Material Accessories

Warranty Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase

EVA Accessories: Items comprised of 100% EVA. Ex. Bevy 2.0+, Divvy, Phone Holder, Topper, etc.

Mixed Material Accessories: Bits, Makeup Bags, Boggs n’ Ends, Belt Bags, Stadium Bags, Cooler Inserts, Clear or Decorative Inserts, Keychains, Charms, Chains, etc.

Accessories that have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period will be replaced. If the item is not available, we will provide a comparable replacement or, if no comparable replacement is available, refund the purchase price.

Bogg will cover standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.

Items that fall outside warranty coverage are not eligible for replacement; customer support may offer a small discount to purchase a new item.

Mixed Material Bags (Go Tote)

Warranty Duration: 1 Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Ex. Go Tote, Duffle, Backpacks, etc.

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects will be replaced. If the exact item is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement.

Bogg will cover standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as:

Broken handles or straps due to manufacturing defects
Faulty stitching or assembly
These issues must occur during the applicable warranty period and under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

Examples include:

Fading or discoloration from sun exposure, washing, or staining
Scratches, scuffs, or dents from daily use
Fabric wear or fraying from repeated use
Loosening of zippers, straps, or seams over time from normal use (not caused by a manufacturing defect)
Damage caused by pets, overloading, or improper handling
Damage caused by harsh cleaning chemicals or extreme temperatures

These types of issues are considered normal product aging and are not eligible for warranty replacement.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or by mail at: Bogg Bag Inc., 80 Seaview Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094 with:

Proof of purchase
Videos of the product and the issue

Our team will review the request under the terms of this warranty and respond within five business days.

If approved, we will proceed with sending replacement parts / item.

Limitations and Your Legal Rights

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

BOGG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Extending the Life of Your Bag

At Bogg, we believe in making products that last. If a bag has a damaged component that cannot be easily replaced — such as a B Button or strap — but the bag is still functional, we encourage continued use whenever possible. This does not limit your rights under this warranty.

Many customers continue using their bags for:

beach or pool gear
gardening or outdoor supplies
storage around the home
travel or car organization

Extending the life of your product helps reduce waste and supports our commitment to responsible product use.

Product Care Tips

Proper care helps extend the life of your product.

Cleaning

Clean with warm water and mild soap
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials
Wipe off liquids or lotions immediately to prevent staining

Storage

Avoid extreme temperatures or direct heat
Do not leave EVA tote bags overstuffed or under pressure for extended periods

Daily Use

For EVA Totes: Put the straps in the downward U position to maintain their shape when in the up position
Avoid pulling or tugging accessories when removing them
Use gentle pressure when attaching or removing components
Keep products away from pets to prevent damage

Following these guidelines will help maintain the shape and quality of your product over time.
